Meet the Team

The story of BWB Capital Partners is 10+ years in the making. The partners all met when Christopher Benedict’s company was managing a Homeowners Association in Ambler, Pennsylvania. At the time, homeowners Chantel Hull and Damon Hull had joined the board specifically to hire a property management company to help right the poor financial health of the HOA. During the early tenure, homeowner Seth Lejeune also joined the board, and over the next several years, over $750,000 in capital improvements were put in place, and the HOA was set on a corrected course to avoid the lack or reserves that had plagued the community. Working through many issues over the years would strengthen the bonds between all the partners.

Throughout the years, Chantel Hull would continue to advise Christopher Benedict on many corporate business matters, becoming not only his friend, but trusted colleague and mentor. Seth Lejeune’s ability to bring people together in networking and mastermind groups and Damon Hull’s steady calm approach to problem solving were key to the decision to work together on a common goal; passive income for the investor who understands their time value.

Our mission is to provide financial freedom for our partners through prudent and profitable investments so they may pursue their passions.

Christopher Benedict

Since 1997, the roots for all things "BIG" began when Christopher Benedict started his career in real estate sales, investments and management. After a decade with a RE/MAX brokerage as an agent, Benedict became a broker/owner, and BIG Realty was spun off as a new company in 2012 with an emphasis on property management. In 2017, celebrating 5 years of investment and property management growth, the residential portion of BIG Realty was split off and a new RE/MAX franchise was opened, to serve agents and the community in their residential needs. The core business philosophy of the "BIG" companies is to become a provider of world-class service and information source for all things real estate.

Outside of his passion for real estate, Chris enjoys all things “Disney” as well as biking, riding his motorcycle, being outdoors and spending time with his wife and business partner Stephanie and their 3 children.

Chantel Hull

Chantel has done extensive legal work for national commercials REITs such as negotiating leases and sub-leases, landlord lien subordinations, assignments, agreements of sale, and a large variety of licenses. She also has extensive experience in acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures. Chantel's wide range of experience includes property management, and tenants' needs that range from multi-national corporations and financial firms to those of small business owners.

She served as president of her HOA for five years, during which time she hired a property manager, reined in a profligate budget, and set up an appropriate reserve. Her actions set the HOA on a fiscally viable path for the future. She is especially proud of her ability to successfully navigate a variety of transactions for clients to obtain their desired outcomes. She achieves this through hard work and superior personal-relationship skills. After the rigors of all things real estate, Chantel enjoys family time with her husband and three children -- who love it when she bakes chocolate-chip rum cookies for them.
